Eva Mendes was born in America and is an American actor, model as well as a singer. She was spotted by a talent agency who was impressed by her talents and then convinced her to take on an occupation in the entertainment field. After some thought and contemplation, she made the decision to quit school to start a new career within the entertainment business. Following a disappointment with her performance in the film, she decided to make her debut in Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. To prove herself, she appeared in several low-budget films to improve her acting. Although it was not an easy task, the actor's sheer determination and perseverance were rewarded.
